搭建了Nd:YVO4/SESAM锁模激光器,采用LDA泵浦的Innoslab对其进行功率放大,最后同步泵浦MgO:PPLN实现了宽调谐皮秒中红外光参量运转。通过改变MgO:PPLN的温度和通道,实现了信号光1415~1557nm、闲频光3362~4290nm范围的宽调谐输出,其中最高的光光转换效率为17.5%。同步泵浦功率为16 W,脉冲重复频率为116.9 MHz时,同时获得1.33 W的1518nm信号光和1.26 W的3558nm闲频光输出。
A Nd: YVO4 / SESAM mode-locked laser was built, which was amplified by Innoslab using LDA pump. Finally, the synchronous pump of MgO: PPLN was used to realize wide tuned picosecond mid-infrared parameter operation. By changing the temperature and channel of MgO: PPLN, a wide tuned output of 1415 ~ 1557nm signal and idler light in the range of 3362 ~ 4290nm was achieved, of which the highest light - to - light conversion efficiency was 17.5%. With a synchronous pump power of 16 W and a pulse repetition frequency of 116.9 MHz, both the 1518 nm signal light of 1.33 W and the 3558 nm idler light output of 1.26 W were obtained.
