为了制定合理的育儿营养教育模式,针对性地提出育儿喂养营养教育的目标人群,本文在广东省城乡对414例0~18个月婴幼儿的母亲在喂养方面的认知水平进行了调查,了解营养教育的倾向因素对母亲育儿营养知识水平影响的影响因素。结果显示,影响母亲育儿营养知识认知水平的倾向因素依次为母亲文化程度、母亲职业、母亲是否曾经有哺育经历。而影响母亲育儿知识认知水平的促进因素为母亲是否参加过孕期哺育讲座和母亲育儿营养知识的来源。本调查提示,全民族文化水平的提高将有利于大众营养知识认知水平的改善;工人、农民和家庭主妇是母婴营养教育的重要目标人群;传媒、书报杂志及医务人员等的综合教育渠道及孕妇育知识讲座是母婴营养教育的有效途径。
In order to formulate a reasonable child-rearing education model and raise the target groups for nursery nutrition education, we investigated the feeding status of 414 mothers aged 0-18 months in urban and rural areas of Guangdong Province. Influencing Factors of the Influence Factors of Nutritional Education on the Nutritional Knowledge of Infants with Child Rearing. The results showed that the factors that influence the cognitive level of mothers’ childbearing nutrition knowledge were mother’s education, mother’s occupation and mother’s experience of nurturing. The factors that influence the cognitive level of mothers ’childcare knowledge are whether the mothers participated in the mothers’ parental nursery and mother’s nutrition knowledge. The survey suggests that an overall improvement of the cultural level of the whole nation will be conducive to the improvement of the public’s awareness of nutritional knowledge; that workers, peasants and housewives be an important target group for maternal and infant nutrition education; and comprehensive education in media, newspapers, magazines and medical personnel Channel and Maternity Education Lectures are an effective way of maternal and infant nutrition education.
