表象训练也就是我们所说的一种心理训练,教师在进行表象训练的运用时,要注意联系的时机,以此达到在表象练习过程中实现动作表象清晰的效果。这样的训练要学生处于身心放松、情绪稳定的状态,最好时刻保持注意力的高度集中。为了更好地实现这一教学目的,需要为学生营造较安静的教学环境。进行教学活动时,教学的时间也应不宜过长。想要验证表象训练的教学效果,需要通过心理训练和教学实践相结合,将表象训练法运用于速度滑冰教学中,进行验证,并把反复验证的结果作为参考依据,由此不断地丰富和完善速度滑冰教学。
