本文应用气相色谱技术,以早秋菊‘太平的小鼓’、‘金锋铃’和晚秋菊‘星光灿烂’、‘墨宝’4个菊花品种为试材,研究低温处理下叶片和根系中的膜脂脂肪酸组分与含量的变化。结果表明:4种秋菊叶片和根系中膜脂脂肪酸种类主要有棕榈酸(C16:0)、亚油酸(C18:2)和亚麻酸(C18:3),叶片中不饱和脂肪酸以亚麻酸(C18:3)为主,根系中以亚油酸(C18:2)为主,分别占总脂肪酸含量的49.81%和35.49%以上,饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸(C16:0)为主。低温有利于不饱和脂肪酸的形成和IUFA值的提高,在零下低温时,晚秋菊IUFA值受温度影响较为显著。叶片中不饱和脂肪酸含量随温度降低逐渐增加,整个处理过程中叶片不饱和脂肪酸含量远高于根系的,叶片和根系在膜脂低温响应上存在一定差异。
In this paper, four chrysanthemum varieties of Chrysanthemum, including Qiuqiu Taiping Pingxun, Jinfengling and Late Chrysanthemum, were used as experimental materials to study the changes of membrane lipid fatty acids in leaves and roots under low temperature treatment Points and changes in content. The results showed that the main fatty acid species in the leaves and roots of four kinds of Qiuju were palmitic acid (C16: 0), linoleic acid (C18: 2) and linolenic acid (C18: 3) (C18: 3), with linoleic acid (C18: 2) as the main component, accounting for 49.81% and 35.49% of the total fatty acid content, respectively, while saturated fatty acids were mainly palmitic acid (C16: 0). Low temperature is conducive to the formation of unsaturated fatty acids and IUFA value increased at low temperature, late autumn Chrysanthemum IUFA value affected by temperature is more significant. The content of unsaturated fatty acid in leaves increased gradually with the decrease of temperature. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids in leaves were much higher than those in roots during the whole treatment. There were some differences in the response of leaf and root to membrane lipid at low temperature.
