一个清朗的日子,笔者怀着崇敬的心情采访了原山西省政协副主席、主任医师秦国栋。平易近人的秦老虽已七十七岁高龄,但他精神饱满、思维敏捷、健步如壮年的体魄令笔者惊叹不已,而他几十年保持健康身心的经验及体会更值得广大读者借鉴和学习。 一、生活有规律 卫生好习惯 秦老的日常生活很有规律。每天6时起床,起床后在自家花园里做健身操,然后就到家门外的林荫小道上跑步,7时开始练半小时书法,吃完早饭以后便开始看报纸、看书、看文件、写东西。秦老订的报纸、杂志有20多份,他说,人的大脑和身体一样,多用才能保持灵活。吃中
