本文采用扩散偶退火处理实验方法,研究碳在奥氏体中扩散系数随碳含量增加而增大的特性。根据实验结果。文中给出了奥氏体中碳扩散系数与碳含量、碳含量差之间的定量关系式,并讨论了奥氏体中碳浓度差影响碳扩散系数随碳含量增大特性的作用和机理,从而为计算渗碳过程中渗层碳浓度分布曲线提供了可靠的数据。
In this paper, diffusion-annealing process is used to study the diffusion coefficient of carbon in austenite with the increase of carbon content. According to the experimental results. In this paper, the quantitative relationship between carbon diffusion coefficient, carbon content and carbon content in austenite is given and the role and mechanism of the carbon concentration difference in austenite influencing carbon diffusion coefficient with increasing carbon content are discussed. This provides reliable data for calculating the distribution of carbon concentration in the carburizing process.
