铁路隧道的震害因地震等级、震源远近、隧道自身结构形式的不同而不同,故灾后损失的评估方法比较关键,以便能及时作出灾后响应决策。从铁路隧道结构构造的角度,分析对比了多种评估灾后损失的方法。最后得出,分层加权综合评估法能够对铁路隧道地震灾害损失进行定性与定量的评估,该法既充分考虑了铁路隧道结构构造的层次性,又能充分体现各种结构构造部分的轻重程度,为震后职能部门快速、准确地作出灾害响应提供了有力保障。
The seismic damage of railway tunnels is different due to the magnitude of the earthquake, the origin of the earthquake source, and the structure of the tunnel itself. Therefore, the assessment method of post-disaster loss is more crucial so that the post-disaster response decision can be made in time. From the perspective of railway tunnel structure construction, a variety of methods to evaluate post-disaster losses are analyzed and compared. Finally, it is concluded that the method of stratified weighted comprehensive assessment can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the railway disaster loss caused by the earthquake. This method not only fully considers the hierarchical structure of the railway tunnel structure but also fully reflects the severity of the various structural components , Which provided a powerful guarantee for the functional departments to make disaster response quickly and accurately after the earthquake.
