在中国古代,公文是管理公务、临民治事的重要工具,是“政事之先务”“经国之枢机”。为了体现公文的权威性和政治性,历代公文均惯于引用前人经典特别是儒家经书,其中尤以宋代为甚。一、宋代公文用经的特点(一)用经频繁宋代几乎所有的公文都援引经传,有些公文的引用量还非常大。例如,王安石的《上仁宗皇帝言事书》,引用了《孟子》《诗经》《王制》《酒诰》《虞书》《易》等儒家经典,有些经典还被多次引用,如文中出现“《诗》曰”约五处,“《孟子》
