目的进一步了解公共卫生服务体系建设状况,探索可持续发展的基层公共卫生服务模式,保障广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全。方法于2007年7月～2008年6月对山东省滨州市滨城区公共卫生体系建设状况进行调查。结果建立了部门协作、社会参与、齐抓共管的公共卫生服务模式。调查中发现在人员、经费和体制等方面存在制约因素。结论加大财政投入,加强管理,逐步完善公共卫生服务体系建设。
Objective To understand more about the construction of public health service system, to explore sustainable development of grass-roots public health service mode and to ensure the general public’s health and safety. Methods From July 2007 to June 2008, the status of public health system construction in Bincheng District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province was investigated. Results The establishment of departmental cooperation, social participation, make concerted efforts of the public health service model. The survey found that there are constraints in personnel, funding and institutional aspects. Conclusion Increase financial input, strengthen management, and gradually improve the public health service system.
