目的 探讨螺旋CT脊髓及椎间盘三维重建在脊柱外伤中的应用价值。方法 选取脊柱外伤病人 78例 ,经CT轴位平扫后对原始数据进行回顾性内插重建 ,所有病例均采用三维表面遮盖显示法 (SSD)和矢状位多层面重建 (MPR) ,并与常规横轴位图像 (2DCT)进行三者之间的比较。结果 共检出脊髓正常 2 3例 ,脊髓受压 39例 ,脊髓横断损伤 1 6例 ,椎间盘受损 38例。结论 螺旋CT可对脊髓及椎间盘进行三维立体重建。对脊柱损伤的CT评价可以延伸到直观、立体地观察脊髓及椎间盘受损的形态学表现。对制定合理的治疗方案及对预后的判断有一定的指导意义
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT and spinal disc three-dimensional reconstruction in spinal trauma. Methods 78 patients with spinal trauma were selected. The data were retrospectively interpolated and reconstructed after axial CT scan. All cases were treated with SSD and sagittal multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) Conventional horizontal axis images (2DCT) are compared among the three. Results A total of 23 cases of normal spinal cord, spinal cord compression in 39 cases, spinal cord injury in 16 cases, 38 cases of intervertebral disc injury. Conclusion Spiral CT can reconstruct the spinal cord and intervertebral disc three-dimensionally. CT evaluation of spinal injury can be extended to an intuitive, three-dimensional observation of spinal cord and spinal morphological damage. The development of a reasonable treatment program and the prognosis of the judgment of some guidance
