采用比较实验、心理测量、数理统计和文献资料调研等方法,对随机抽取的6个教学班分实验班和对照班进行为期2年的体育课程“整体教学”干预实验。结果显示:实验班学生心理健康水平较对照班整体上有显著提高,初步构建并形成有特色的促进大学生心理健康的体育课程整体教学实践模式,对目前普通高校体育课程教学改革及其要求加强大学生心理健康教育的行动落实具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
Using the methods of comparative experiment, psychometric measurement, mathematical statistics and literature research, the experimental teaching of six classes randomly divided into two classes was conducted, and the “overall teaching” experiment was conducted for two years.
