研究了不同加热速度以及不同冷却方式对508-3钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:508-3钢在奥氏体化过程中,随加热速度的提高,钢的奥氏体晶粒得到了一定程度的细化;不同冷却方式得到的原始组织再次奥氏体化后,炉冷得到的铁素体+珠光体组织相比水冷得到马氏体组织所获得奥氏体晶粒更为细小。
The effects of different heating rates and different cooling methods on the austenite grain size of 508-3 steel were studied. The results show that the austenite grain size of steel 508-3 is refined to a certain degree with the increase of heating rate during the austenitizing process of 508-3 steel. After austenitizing the original structure obtained by different cooling methods, The ferrite + pearlite obtained by furnace cooling has finer austenite grains than the martensite obtained by water cooling.
