目的:评价高尿酸血症对2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发症的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:对126例T2DM患者,根据血尿酸水平分成高尿酸(HUA)组和尿酸正常(NUA)组,分析比较两组及并发症发病率的差别。结果:①HUA组的血脂TC、TG、LDL—C及BMI均高于NUA组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而HDL—C则低于NUA组(P<0.01);②HUA组的高血压、冠心病、脑血管病、视网膜病变(DR)、肾脏病变(DN)、周围神经病变(DPN)的发病率均高于NUA组(P<0.05)。结论:①高尿酸血症与肥胖、血脂异常明显相关;②高尿酸血症加重T2DM患者的代谢紊乱,并促进其并发症的发生和发展。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of hyperuricemia on the complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: 126 cases of T2DM patients were divided into high uric acid (HUA) group and normal uric acid group (NUA) according to the level of serum uric acid. The differences between the two groups in the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results: ①The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and BMI in the HUA group were significantly higher than those in the NUA group (P <0.05, P <0.01), while those in the HDL-C group were lower than those in the NUA group The incidence of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, retinopathy (DR), nephropathy (DN) and peripheral neuropathy (DPN) were higher than those in NUA group (P <0.05). Conclusions: ① Hyperuricemia is obviously associated with obesity and dyslipidemia; ② Hyperuricemia aggravates the metabolic disorder and promotes the occurrence and development of its complications.
