目的建立用离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的方法。方法按照《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》,将10.0 ml浓度为0.01 mol/L的硫酸溶液装入多孔玻板吸收管,采集工作场所空气中的一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺,吸收液过滤后经Dionex Ion Pac CS 12A阳离子交换柱分离,抑制型电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果结果显示,一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺在1~20μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数在0.999 7~0.999 8之间;检出限分别是0.013、0.006 9、0.024μg/ml(进样量25μl);以采样体积为15 L计算一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的最低检出浓度分别为0.009 0、0.004 6、0.016 0 mg/m3;方法重现性好,其相对标准偏差为0.1%~2.4%;一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的加标回收率分别为98.5%~99.1%、99.1%~99.9%、98.9%~99.7%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可同时测定共存于工作场所空气中的一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine in the air of workplace by ion chromatography. Methods According to “Occupational Health Standard Setting Guide Part 4: Determination of workplace air chemicals”, the 10.0 ml concentration of 0.01 mol / L sulfuric acid solution into the porous glass absorption tube to collect a workplace air a Amine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine, and the solution was filtered and separated by a Dionex Ion Pac CS12A cation exchange column. Inhibitory conductivity detector detection was performed. The retention time was determined and the peak area was quantified. The results showed that monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine linear in the range of 1 ~ 20μg / ml, the correlation coefficient between 0.999 7 ~ 0.999 8; detection limits were 0.013,0.006 9,0.024μg / ml (injection volume 25μl). The minimum detectable concentrations of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine at the sample volume of 15 L were 0.009 0,0.004 6 and 0.016 0 mg / m3, respectively. The reproducibility of the method was good, The relative standard deviations were 0.1% -2.4%. The recoveries of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine were 98.5% -99.1%, 99.1% -99.9% and 98.9% -99.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and can be used for simultaneous determination of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine in the air of workplace.
