九易的历史九易是在1 995年成立的,到现在2005年应该有10年了,在这10年里,九易也几经风波和转折,成就今天的规模。刚开始成立的时候,公司自身的品牌、营销、传播、管理能力相对来说比较低,主要是做一些中小型企业的品牌代理,也拍一些电视广告片。我们合作的第一个企业是大峡谷蒸馏水,到现在它还在广州占有一定的市场。当时大峡谷刚刚成立,我们也是刚成立,大家的起点比较接近的,所以我们在后来很长时间都有深度合作,可以说他们见证了我们成长的历程。这是我们比较幸运的,有一个和我们共同成长的班子,大家都很弱小,相互依靠,合作非常深入,无论是营销、产品、产品包装、传播、活动的策划种种问题都需要面对。这个过程对我们的锻炼是非常重要的,培养了我们对市场的触觉,真正理解一个广告应该给企业带来什么价值。在1999年,公司调整战略,集中精力去做那些有前
