目的建立榆叶合叶子黄酮类成分的微乳薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水组成的微乳体系为展开剂,对榆叶合叶子的全草和花的提取物进行薄层层析,考察微乳薄层中的微乳液类型、酸度等因素对黄酮类物质分离效果的影响。结果含水量75%(O/W)的微乳液-甲酸(9∶1)为适宜展开剂,与传统有机溶剂展开剂相比,分离得到的斑点数目更多,更加清晰,分离度更好。结论黄酮类成分的微乳薄层鉴别方法简便易行,重复性好,可作为榆叶合叶子药材的薄层鉴别方法。
Objective To establish a method for the identification of flavonoids in leaves of Ulmus pumila leaves by micro-emulsion thin-layer chromatography. Methods The microemulsion system consisting of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) - n-butanol - n-heptane - water was used as developing solvent to study the whole plant and flower extracts of Ulmus pumila leaves. Effect of microemulsion type, acidity and other factors on the separation of flavonoids in microemulsion. Results Microemulsion - formic acid (9: 1) with water content of 75% (O / W) was suitable as an extender. Compared with traditional organic solvents, the number of isolated spots was more, more clearly and better. Conclusion The identification method of flavonoids micro-emulsion thin layer is simple and easy to operate, with good repeatability. It can be used as a thin layer identification method of the leaves of elm leaf.
