本文报告三种新单体,α-氟甲基丙烯腈(Ⅵ),α-氟甲基丙烯酰胺(Ⅷ)及α-氟甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Ⅶ),以及其中间物的合成方法。氟丙酮是合成这些单体的基本原料,可以顺利自氟乙酰氯与二甲基镉作用而得,产率84%。这方法的产率较高而又比较简便。所有这些单体都很易聚合,且聚合体有较高的软化点。根据初步观察,聚α一氟甲基丙烯酸甲酯是无色透明,坚硬,而软化点非常高,很可能有用于航空高速玻璃或其他特殊用途。
This paper reports the synthesis of three new monomers, α-fluoromethacrylnitrile (Ⅵ), α-fluoromethylacrylamide (Ⅷ) and α-fluoromethacrylate (Ⅶ) as well as their intermediates. Fluoroacetone is the basic raw material for the synthesis of these monomers, which can be smoothly obtained from the reaction of fluoroacetyl chloride and dimethyl-cadmium in a yield of 84%. The yield of this method is higher and easier. All of these monomers are very easy to polymerize and the polymers have a higher softening point. According to a preliminary observation, poly-α-fluoromethylacrylate is a colorless, transparent, hard and softening point is very high, it is likely to be used for aviation high-speed glass or other special purposes.
