黄芪散调节T2DM大鼠血浆磷脂代谢作用研究

目的:研究黄芪散(HQS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠血浆磷脂代谢的影响。方法:给予8周龄SD大鼠53.3%高脂饲料13周,建立T2DM模型。在造模的同时灌胃给予黄芪散(HQS),以UPLC/Q-TOF MS为分析手段研究大鼠在2型糖尿病状态以及黄芪散干预下的血浆脂质代谢物的情况。得到大量数据,再通过R软件中BioMark软件包实现对两组样品中特异性的标志物进行筛选。结果:筛选出的标志物经过成分鉴定发现主要为磷脂酰胆碱类(PC)以及其它脂类成分。HQS给药后主要改善了T2DM大鼠血浆中PC类等磷脂成分的代谢紊乱,同时增加血浆中高不饱和PC类磷脂的含量,如PC(40∶8)、PC(40∶7)、PC(40∶4)、PC(42∶9)。结论:黄芪散对T2DM引起的血浆磷脂代谢紊乱有一定的调节改善作用。 Objective: To study the effect of HuangQiSan (HQS) on plasma phospholipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: T2DM model was established by giving 53.3% of high fat diet to SD rats of 8 weeks old for 13 weeks. Astragalus mongholicus (HQS) was given intragastrically at the same time as modeling, and UPLC / Q-TOF MS was used to analyze the plasma lipid metabolites in type 2 diabetes mellitus and astragalus mongholicus. Get a large amount of data, and then through the R software BioMark package to achieve specificity of two samples of the sample screening. Results: The identified markers were identified mainly as phosphatidylcholines (PC) and other lipid components. After HQS administration, the metabolic disturbance of PC and other phospholipid components in the plasma of T2DM rats was mainly improved, meanwhile, the content of high unsaturated PC phospholipids in plasma was increased, such as PC (40:8), PC (40:7), PC ( 40: 4), PC (42: 9). Conclusion: Astragalus powder on T2DM-induced plasma phospholipid metabolism disorders have a certain degree of regulation and improvement.
