软盘驱动器由磁头、盘片驱动机构、磁头驱动机构、加载机构、监测机构及电路板等组成。它是一个集光、电、机为一体的高精密度部件,是现代微型计算机系统中不可缺少的组成部分。没有软磁盘存储器就没有微型计算机的普及与应用。而在软盘驱动器中,磁头定位准确与否又直接影响着存贮信息的正确性及软磁盘机的互换性。在实际工作中,由于种种原因导致磁头定位不准,所存信息读写不出来是所有用户乃至维修人员最棘手的事情之一。为此,本人在工作中总结出一套不用任何仪器设备(此套设备是很昂贵的)进行磁头重新定位的方法,即手工定位法。
