目的:为红苞半蒴苣苔的开发利用提供生药学和化学资料及深入研究提供数据。方法:石蜡制片法、水合氯醛透化法和HPLC-UV法。结果:在茎横切面上皮层内有大量类圆形石细胞,髓部极发达;叶横切面上的叶肉组织和环状排列的外韧型维管束内有大量个大、壁厚、层纹明显的石细胞。全株粉末中石细胞大量存在,形状多样;单粒或复粒淀粉粒较多;草酸钙方晶散在。红苞半蒴苣苔中含有多种苯乙醇苷类成分,包括新化合物parabosideⅢ,parabosideⅡ。结论:红苞半蒴苣苔的组织和化学特征可作为鉴定该植物的理论依据。
Objective: To provide pharmacognosy and chemical data for the development and utilization of H. sibiricus and provide in-depth study data. Methods: Paraffin sheeting, chloral hydrate permeabilization, and HPLC-UV. RESULTS: There were a large number of round stone cells in the cortex of the stem, and the pith was very well developed. There were a large number of large, thick, stratified layers in the mesophyll tissues on the cross-section of the leaf and in the externally flexible vascular bundles arranged in a ring shape. Obvious stone cells. In the whole plant powder, a large number of stone cells exist, with various shapes; single or multiple grain starch grains are more; calcium oxalate crystals are dispersed. There are many phenylethanoid glycosides in H. striata, including the new compound parabosideIII, parabosideII. Conclusion: The tissue and chemical characteristics of H. striata can be used as a theoretical basis for the identification of this plant.
