对由导电率和硬度实验初步确定的2024铝合金新时效制度进行了裂纹扩展寿命试验研究,并对试件裂纹扩展寿命试验数据进行了数理统计分析。通过实验研究和分析证明,2024铝合金采用新的时效制度,在抗疲劳断裂性能方面,满足适航要求。
The crack growth life of 2024 aluminum alloy was determined by conductivity and hardness experiment. The crack growth life test data were analyzed by mathematical statistics. The experimental study and analysis show that 2024 aluminum alloy adopts the new aging system and meets the airworthiness requirements in terms of anti-fatigue fracture properties.
