With the continuous and rapid development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, science and technology are the primary productive forces that have become an indisputable fact of social development and accepted by the general public. At present, the proportion of the added value of China’s national production directly driven by science and technology has exceeded 30%.
