目的调查安徽省六安市区冷冻冷藏食品中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌污染状况。方法 2009—2014年,每年5—10月在六安市区几家大型商场、超市食品专柜分批采集冷冻冷藏食品标本共计523份,进行小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌病原学检测和分子生物学研究。结果不同冷冻冷藏食品中阳性检出率19.89%(104/523)。其中生食阳性检出率30.75%(99/322),熟食阳性检出率2.49%(5/201),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=62.03 P<0.01);标本中以O:8型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌菌株为主(34/104),6种生化反应模式,生物分型为1A型;4株致病性O:3型菌株均含有毒力基因ail、ystA、yadA、virF;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型鉴定O:3型致病性菌株均为K6GNIIC30021,与本地腹泻病人和宿主动物菌株均在同一聚类分支,为国内常见毒株型。结论小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌是本地冷冻冷藏食品主要污染源之一。
Objective To investigate the status of Yersinia enterocolitica infection in frozen food in Lu’an City, Anhui Province. Methods From 2009 to 2014, from May to October every year, a total of 523 samples of frozen-frozen food were collected in batches from several large shopping centers and supermarkets in Lu’an City for etiological detection and molecular biology of Yersinia enterocolitica the study. The results of different frozen frozen food positive detection rate of 19.89% (104/523). The positive rate of raw food was 30.75% (99/322), the positive rate of cooked food was 2.49% (5/201), the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 62.03 P <0.01) The Yersinia enterocolitica strains were predominant (34/104), six biochemical reaction patterns, and the genotyping was 1A. The four pathogenic O: 3 strains all contained the virulence genes ail, ystA, yadA, virF and PFGE were used to identify the O: 3 pathogenicity isolates. The pathogenic strains of O: 3 were K6GNIIC30021, which belonged to the same cluster with the local diarrhea patients and host strains. Conclusion Yersinia enterocolitica is one of the main sources of local frozen food.
