目的:探讨人血白蛋白快检试剂盒的研制方法以及用其检测人血白蛋白含量的可行性。方法:利用蛋白质多肽链中的肽键(-CONH-)在碱性条件下,与铜离子络合形成紫红色化合物,在540nm处有最大吸收,所产生的络合物颜色与蛋白质的浓度成正比。人血白蛋白快检试剂盒利用其颜色的差异,并通过自制的标准色标板比较,可作为一种快速筛查人血白蛋白的方法。结果:用人血白蛋白快检试剂盒测定结果与药典测定方法结果基本一致。结论:人血白蛋白快检试剂盒可用于快速筛查人血白蛋白。
Objective: To explore the development of human serum albumin test kit and the feasibility of using it to detect human serum albumin.
