超声检测标准规定,检测面曲率半径小于250mm对接接头超声检测,如检测面曲率半径R≤W2/4时,应采用与检测面曲率相同的对比试块。实际检测中,由于大量曲率半径小于250mm的对接接头不适合上述计算方法,并同时缺少对探头表面曲率的要求,致使曲面工件检测时,其工件曲率与所用探头及对比试块的曲率达不到合理的耦合要求,使检测灵敏度与信噪比无法得到有效控制。本文通过不同厚度“薄层界面对声强透射率”的影响,对直径600mm以下曲面工件检测所用探头与对比试块曲率的确定进行了论述。
