目的:制备硫酸沙丁胺醇pH敏感型鼻用凝胶,并考察其体外释放度和黏附力。方法:以卡波姆-934为凝胶基质,采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)调节胶凝强度,并考察凝胶体外释放度、黏附力等指标,优选基质处方。结果:鼻用凝胶基质为0.5%卡波姆-934、2%HPMC,其10 h内体外释放度为98.9%,黏附力为72.1 g/cm~2。结论:优选的基质处方可用于制备硫酸沙丁胺醇pH敏感型鼻用凝胶,其质量符合要求。
Objective: To prepare salbutamol pH-sensitive nasal gel and investigate its in vitro release and adhesion. METHODS: Carbomer-934 was used as the gel matrix, and the gel strength was adjusted by hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). The gel in vitro release, adhesion and other indicators, the preferred matrix prescription. RESULTS: The nasal gel matrix was 0.5% carbomer-934,2% HPMC. The release rate in vitro was 98.9% within 10 h and the adhesion was 72.1 g / cm ~ 2. CONCLUSIONS: The preferred matrix formulation can be used to prepare salbutamol pH-sensitive nasal gels with acceptable quality.
