bFGF是一种潜在的有丝分裂原,相对分子质量为17 000~24 000。近年研究表明,它在糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)的发生发展中起重要作用,但国内尚缺乏应用免疫组化技术系统地观察bFGF在糖尿病视网膜中表达情况的报道。本实验以期为这方面的研究提供基础理论依据。
bFGF is a potential mitogen with a relative molecular mass of 17,000 to 24,000. Recent studies have shown that it plays an important role in the development of diabetic retinopathy (DR), but there is still a lack of application of immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of bFGF in the diabetic retina systematically. The purpose of this experiment is to provide the basic theoretical basis for this research.
