地参多糖提取工艺研究

以地参多糖得率为指标,采用苯酚-硫酸法定量多糖含量,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察料水比、水浴温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对地参多糖得率的影响.结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:料水比1∶300,提取温度100℃,提取时间1.5h,提取3次,该条件下地参多糖的得率为3.64%. The yield of polysaccharides from ginseng was taken as index, and the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The effects of material-water ratio, water bath temperature, extraction time and extraction times on polysaccharides yield were investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows: the ratio of material to water was 1: 300, the extraction temperature was 100 ℃, the extraction time was 1.5h and the extraction time was 3. Under this condition, the yield of polysaccharides was 3.64%.
