本文介绍近来由俄国、希腊、意大利、乌克兰以及格鲁吉亚执行的欧洲合作项目SUPRE(Study of the ULF electromagnetic Phenomena Related to Earthquakes与地震相关的超低频电磁现象研究)的研究成果,讨论地震孕育区的地震-电磁监测方法的进展和地震灾害评估。主要内容是:在特定地震活动区正在使用的观测技术、提取地震前兆信号的数据处理方法以及地震孕育过程的模型。在此基础之上,对最新提出的、作为下一步地震-电磁合作研究设想的SHARP(Study of Seism ic Hazard Anomalies Recognition Possi-bilities,地震灾害异常识别的可行性研究)计划的战略进行了评论。文中对它的预研结果进行了介绍。
This article presents the research results of the study on the ULF electromagnetic Phenomena (Related to Earthquakes) conducted by Russia, Greece, Italy, Ukraine, Progress of Electromagnetic Monitoring Methods and Earthquake Disaster Assessment. The main contents are: observation techniques currently being used in a particular seismic activity area, data processing methods for extracting precursors of seismograms, and models of seismogenic processes. On this basis, the latest proposed strategy for the SHARP (Study of Seism ic Hazard Anomalies Recognition Possi- bilities) project, which is envisaged in the next earthquake-electromagnetic cooperative study, is commented. The article describes its pre-research results.
