叶冠作为涡轮叶片的关键结构,直接影响叶片的强度、振动、可靠性、寿命甚至发动机的安全。依据航空发动机叶冠设计的一般准则,结合前人总结的设计经验,设计出适于某发动机涡轮叶片的叶冠。并以iSIGHT为优化平台,集成了结构建模和计算分析软件,构建了叶冠优化设计流程,在此基础上开展了关于涡轮叶冠优化的研究.实例证明,提出的针对叶冠的优化流程是可行的,这也给复杂模型的结构设计优化提供了可供借鉴的方法。
As the key structure of turbine blade, the blade crown directly affects the strength, vibration, reliability, life span and even the safety of the blade. According to the general guidelines of aero-engine blade crown design, combined with the previous design experience, we design a blade crown suitable for a turbine blade of an engine.
