现代锅炉的设计是以尽量节省金属消耗量,力求产生最大量蒸汽为基础。所以锅炉的局部热负荷较过去的设计为高,给水中有少量杂质就会在水冷壁管,过热器管或汽轮机上积聚,影响设备的安全运行,锅炉效率也会大大降低。
Modern boilers are designed to minimize metal consumption and strive to generate the maximum amount of steam. Therefore, the local heat load of the boiler is higher than that in the past. A small amount of impurities in the feed water will accumulate on the water-cooled tube, superheater tube or steam turbine, affecting the safe operation of the equipment and the boiler efficiency will be greatly reduced.
