洁净手术室通风空调系统的运行能耗在医院运行能耗中占有相当大的比例。以实地对比试验研究为手段,对I级洁净手术室截面风速限值是否存在下调空间进行比较研究。试验结果表明,手术室截面风速下调至0.22m/s后,虽然导致动态条件下手术区浮游菌浓度上升,但从术中感染控制的角度来看,上升幅度仍处于可控制、可接受的范围内。
