本文从分析气流冲击造型工艺的特点着手,对现有的气冲机、气冲线进行一些功能分析。通过研究如何发挥气冲之优点,弥补其不足,笔者提出二项专利技术。其一为使用一套曲肘增力同步机构取代常规的大口径液压举升台,使气冲装置由造型机上部向下运动与造型装置密闭,产生巨大的夹紧力以保证气冲造型的进行;其二为采用抽气活塞在液压缸驱动下快速运动,形成真空负压,使不易紧实的复杂型腔得以紧实。利用二项专利技术研制的高效气冲机、高效气冲线将形成比较高的生产力水平。
This paper starts with the analysis of the characteristics of the air impact molding process, and analyzes some existing functions of the air punching machine and the gas punching line. By studying how to play the advantages of infuriating to make up for its deficiencies, the author proposed two patented technologies. One is to use a set of elbow force synchronization mechanism to replace the conventional large-diameter hydraulic lifting table, so that the air impulse device from the upper part of the molding machine down and the molding device sealed, resulting in a huge clamping force to ensure that the gas impulse shape ; The other is the use of pumping piston in the hydraulic cylinder driven rapid movement, the formation of vacuum negative pressure, so difficult to compaction complex cavity to be tight. The use of two patented technology developed high-impact gas machine, high-performance gas line will form a relatively high level of productivity.
