磨矿系统的动态模型由该系统各个部分的模型组成,而磨机的模型认为是动力学磨矿过程和用停留时间分布表示的流型(flow pattern)的叠加。总模型被简化到适合于二元粒度分布。用已获得的模型模拟解释了选厂规模试验已经观察到的瞬时现象。作为模型的进一步应用叙述了过程参数实时评价和过程控制的方法。
The dynamic model of the grinding system consists of models of the various parts of the system, while the model of the mill is considered the superposition of the kinetic grinding process and the flow patterns expressed by the residence time distribution. The overall model is simplified to fit the binary particle size distribution. The obtained model simulations explain the transient phenomena that have been observed in the plant scale test. As a further application of the model, the method of real-time evaluation of process parameters and process control is described.
