【目的】探讨超重和肥胖对12月龄婴儿神经心理发育的影响,为婴儿肥胖的预防和干预提供理论依据。【方法】采用上海复旦大学儿科医院0~6岁发育筛查测验(Developmental Screening Test for children under six,DST),对88例12月龄超重和肥胖婴儿和88例正常体质量婴儿进行对照研究,比较两组发育商(development quotient,DQ)的异常率和在运动、社会适应、智力能区的差异。【结果】1)超重和肥胖组中DQ值可疑和异常的婴儿比例明显高于正常体重组;超重和肥胖组DQ值>100的婴儿比例明显低于正常体重组(P<0.05);2)在运动能区、社会适应能区分量表和总DQ值得分中,超重和肥胖组均低于正常体重组(P<0.05)。【结论】超重和肥胖对12月龄婴儿神经心理发育有不良影响。
【Objective】 To investigate the effects of overweight and obesity on neuropsychological development in 12-month-old infants and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and intervention of obesity in infants. 【Methods】 A total of 88 12-month-old overweight and obese infants and 88 normal-weight infants were enrolled in this study. The Developmental Screening Test for children under six (DST), a pediatric hospital of Shanghai Fudan University, Compare the rates of abnormalities and differences in exercise, social adjustment, and intellectual energy between two groups of development quotient (DQ). 【Results】 1) The proportion of infants with suspected and abnormal DQ in overweight and obesity group was significantly higher than that of normal weight group; the proportion of infants with DQ value> 100 in obesity and obesity group was significantly lower than that of normal weight group (P <0.05); 2) In the motor energy zone, the social adaptive capacity scale and the total DQ score, the overweight and obesity groups were lower than the normal body weight group (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Overweight and obesity have adverse effects on neuropsychological development in 12-month-old infants.
