尿道狭窄,特别是后尿道狭窄,在处理上有时极为困难,近年来国外多主张早期仅做膀胱造瘘。以后若发生尿道狭窄,则采用尿道内切开术治疗。国内亦有类似报道。我院自1990年引进Storz尿道镜,在直视下行尿道狭窄或闲锁内切开术14例,效果满意。临床资料一、一般资料 1.本组均采用窥镜下尿道内口切开术(即DVIU)、年龄最大者58岁,最小者21岁,平均年龄40.7岁,病程2～6个月12例,8个月1例,3年1例。 2.狭窄原因、部位和程度:14例全部为外伤 Urethral stricture, especially in the posterior urethral stricture, is sometimes extremely difficult to handle, in recent years, many foreign advocates only early cystostomy.
