我厂是一个拥有三万纱锭、四十台箭杆织机的小型棉纺织厂。帆布,是我厂主要产品之一。1987年帆布实现销售利润占全厂销售利润总额的48.03%。帆布的生产、销售对我厂经济效益关系极大。近几年来,全国帆布市场形势千变万化,我厂帆布生产、销售一次又一次地面临市场形势变化的严峻挑战。从1983年以来,我们应用价值工程方法引导帆布生产和销售,闯过了一道道难关,取得了较大经济效益。从1983年6月算起到1987年底止,我们应用价值工程方法为企业多增利润223.51万元。今年,预计又可望多增利润35.82万元。我们的一些作法是:
Our factory is a small-scale cotton textile factory with 30,000 spindles and 40 arrowhead loom. Canvas is one of our main products. In 1987, sales of canvases accounted for 48.03% of the total sales profit of the whole plant. The production and sales of canvases have a great influence on the economic benefits of our plant. In recent years, the situation of the canvas market in China has been ever-changing. Our factory canvas production and sales have faced the severe challenge of changing market conditions time and time again. Since 1983, we have applied value engineering methods to guide the production and sales of canvases, passed through a difficult road, and achieved greater economic benefits. From June 1983 to the end of 1987, we applied the value engineering method to increase profit for the company by RMB 2,235,100.
