目的:观察血栓通治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:100例(108耳)突发性聋病人随机分为两组,对照组给予6%低分子右旋糖酐、能量合剂及高压氧等常规治疗,14天一个疗程;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血栓通静滴治疗,14天一个疗程。结果:血栓通治疗组总有效率为81.8%(45/55耳),未见不良反应,对照组总有效率为64.2%(34/53耳)(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通是临床上治疗突发性耳聋的又一可供选择的药物。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong in treating sudden deafness. Methods: One hundred patients (108 ears) with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine dextran treatment of 6% dextran, energy mixture and hyperbaric oxygen for 14 days. On the basis of routine treatment Thrombosis plus intravenous infusion therapy, 14 days a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of Xuesaitong treatment group was 81.8% (45/55 ears), no adverse reactions were observed. The total effective rate of the control group was 64.2% (34/53 ears) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xueshuantong is an alternative drug for the treatment of sudden deafness clinically.
