经对东北马鹿乌兰坝品种三杈带血茸上、中、下3段的3种化学成分分析,结果表明,鹿茸上段氨基酸含量较高为5800%,牛黄酸含量006%,钙、磷分别为239%和480%,钙磷比为050∶1;中段氨基酸含量4980%,牛黄酸含量004%。钙、磷分别为1059%和560%,钙磷比例为189∶1;下段氨基酸含量4260%,牛黄酸含量002%,钙、磷分别为1312%和630%,钙磷比为208∶1。上、中、下3段平均值为:氨基酸5013%,牛黄酸004%,钙、磷分别为807%和557%,钙磷比156∶1。东北马鹿乌兰坝品种鹿茸所测的3种生化指标明显优于东北马鹿的,比清原品系马鹿茸的稍好,但次于东·天马鹿茸的。
Based on the analysis of the three chemical components of the upper, middle and lower parts of the Sanlu area of Wulanba, the northeastern red deer, the results showed that the upper amino acid content of the antler was 5800% and the content of taurine was 006%. Calcium and phosphorus were 239% and 480%, respectively, and the ratio of calcium to phosphorus was 050:1; the amino acid content was 4980% in the middle and the content of taurine was 004%. Calcium and phosphorus were 10 59% and 5 60%, respectively, and the ratio of calcium to phosphorus was 1 89: 1; the lower part of amino acid content was 42 60%, the content of taurine was 0 02%, and the calcium and phosphorus were 13 12% respectively. And 630%, the ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 208:1. The average value of the upper, middle, and lower segments is: amino acid 50. 13%, taurine 0. 04%, calcium, phosphorus 8.0% and 55%, respectively, and calcium to phosphorus ratio 1.56:1. The three biochemical indicators measured by the antler of the Wulan Wulan dam in Northeast China were significantly better than that of the northeast red deer, and slightly better than the Qingyuan line of the red deer velvet, but inferior to the East Tianma deer velvet.
