肺磨玻璃影(Ground-Glass Opacity,GGO)是早期肺癌的影像学表现,当前GGO可分为弥漫性和局限性两大类,局限性GGO又分为单纯性GGO(pure GGO,p GGO)和复杂性GGO(mixed GGO,m GGO)。目前尚未形成对其统一标准的处理方式。其预后与多方面因素有关,包括临床病史、影像学、分子生物学、病理学、组织学以及随访结果等,其中GGO的随访对预后有重要意义。本文就近年来国内外关于GGO的随访及预后相关因素的研究进展综述如下,以期对GGO临床诊断治疗有所提示。
Ground-Glass Opacity (GGO) is an imaging manifestation of early-stage lung cancer. Currently, GGO can be divided into diffuse and localized two categories, and localized GGO is divided into pure GGO (pGGO) And complexity GGO (mixed GGO, m GGO). At present it has not yet formed a unified approach to its treatment. The prognosis is related to many factors, including clinical history, imaging, molecular biology, pathology, histology and follow-up results, among them the follow-up of GGO is of great significance to the prognosis. This article in recent years, domestic and foreign GGO follow-up and prognosis related factors are summarized below, with a view to GGO clinical diagnosis and treatment tips.
