目的:研究SP1在乳腺腺病及乳腺癌组织中的分布。方法:采用ABC免疫组织化学染色技术,对乳腺腺病及乳腺癌组织进行SP1的检测。结果:乳腺癌组织SP1阳性表达率为3659%;Ⅱ级腺病为645%;Ⅰ级腺病无阳性表达。结论:乳腺腺病及乳腺癌间SP1分布的显著性差异,表明SP1测定对于乳癌的判定具有一定意义
Objective: To study the distribution of SP1 in breast adenosis and breast cancer. Methods: ABC immunohistochemical staining technique was used to detect SP1 in breast adenosis and breast cancer. Results: The positive expression rate of SP1 in breast cancer tissue was 36.9%, grade II adenopathy was 6.4%, and there was no positive expression of grade I adenosis. Conclusion: The significant difference in SP1 distribution between mammary adenosis and breast cancer indicates that SP1 determination has certain significance for the determination of breast cancer.
