为了检验SBS聚合物改性剂中的嵌段比S/B对改性沥青的影响,在实验室用不同的S/B比的SBS改性剂与基质沥青配伍,对获得的试样进行动态力学性能测试。通过试验发现由于SBS中存在的聚丁二烯(B)和聚苯乙烯(S)的两相分离结构,不同的S/B比对基质沥青的改性有明显的不同。在保证其他条件一致的情况下,为了更好地利用改性沥青,提出了沥青路面可以针对不同的铺筑需要有目的地选用不同S/B制备的改性沥青。
In order to test the effect of block ratio S / B on modified bitumen in SBS polymer modifier, the SBS modifier with different S / B ratio in the laboratory was used in combination with matrix pitch to make the obtained sample dynamic Mechanical test. It has been found experimentally that the different S / B ratios have significant differences in the modification of matrix pitch due to the two phase separation structure of polybutadiene (B) and polystyrene (S) present in the SBS. In order to make better use of modified asphalt under the condition of other conditions being consistent, it is proposed that asphalt pavement can be used for purposefully selecting modified asphalt with different S / B for different paving needs.
