目的:观察益气养阴汤联合微波热疗治疗老年晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例采用常规疗法联合微波热疗治疗;治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加服益气养阴汤治疗。2组均连续治疗4周为1疗程,2疗程后观察疗效,疗程间休息3～5天。结果:治疗组生活质量、体重变化方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);客观疗效与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗组咳嗽、咳痰或痰血、气短、乏力及食少等症状有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);胸痛与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合微波热疗治疗老年晚期肺癌对改善临床症状及生活质量等有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with microwave hyperthermia in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 30) was treated by conventional therapy combined with microwave hyperthermia. The treatment group (n = 40) was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group. 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of observation efficacy, rest for 3 to 5 days. Results: The quality of life and body weight of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the objective curative effect between the two groups (P> 0.05). The cough, sputum or sputum blood, shortness of breath (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the chest pain and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with microwave hyperthermia in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer has better curative effect on improving clinical symptoms and quality of life.
