“不管你的公司在哪里,只要在中国就得遵守中国的法律,就必须给被辞退的职工合理的赔付”。这是不久前丰台区方庄地区总工会专职副主席郭伯民在调解一起劳动纠纷时给企业方撂下的一句话。事情的起因是,上海某企业方庄分公司的一名工作10余年的职工,因为各种原因与企业负责人发生矛盾,被当即辞退,且未拿到辞退补偿金。在工会组织调解过程中,该企业负责人态度傲慢,认为公司总部在上海,方庄地区总工会缺乏管辖权。调解进程一度陷入僵局。最终,郭伯民亲自出马,一面向该企业负责人动之以情,一面运用法律武器晓以利害,成功处理了这起棘手的
