对自主选育的17个辣椒自交系进行叶片叶绿素和光合特性的研究。结果表明:不同的自交系间叶绿素含量差异显著,68号显著高于其它14个自交系,55号显著低于其它15个自交系,叶绿素含量依次为68>47>66>62>63>60>61>64>56>67>65>48>59>58>57>69>55;不同自交系的光合速率依次为68>57>60>48>58>47>62>63>64>65,65号自交系的最大光合速率显著低于其它7个自交系,其余9个自交系间未见显著差异。
In this study, 17 pepper inbred lines independently selected were studied for leaf chlorophyll and photosynthetic characteristics. The results showed that chlorophyll content of different inbred lines was significantly different, 68 was significantly higher than the other 14 inbred lines, 55 was significantly lower than the other 15 inbred lines, chlorophyll content of 68> 47> 66> 62> 63> 60> 61> 64> 56> 67> 65> 48> 59> 58> 57> 69> 55. The photosynthetic rate of different inbred lines was 68> 57> 60> 48> 58> 47> 62> 63 > 64> 65,65 inbred lines was significantly lower than the other seven inbred lines, the other nine inbred lines showed no significant difference.
