目的研究陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫及大鼠的宿主适宜性。方法从陈氏狸殖吸虫流行区采集溪蟹,分离囊蚴,经口感染家猫、SD大鼠。40 d后检查粪便,观察排出虫卵的时间,90~112 d剖检动物,回收虫体,计算成虫率。结果家猫感染后50 d粪便可检出虫卵;大鼠检出虫卵时间为感染后第68~70 d。猫剖检虫体8条,成虫率87.5%(7/8);大鼠剖检虫体16条,成虫率43.75%(7/16)。结论猫和大鼠均可作为陈氏狸殖吸虫的实验终宿主;陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫的适宜性优于大鼠。
Objective To study the host suitability of the genus Cliomas to cats and rats. Methods The crabs were collected from the endemic area of the genus Cliomania and the metacercariae were isolated. The domestic cats and SD rats were infected by oral infection. After 40 days, the stools were examined to observe the time of excreting the eggs. The animals were dissected 90-112 d and the parasites were collected to calculate the adult rate. Results Egg was detected in feces of domestic cats 50 days after infection. The time of detecting eggs in rats was 68 ~ 70 days after infection. Eight cats were dissected, and the rate of adult was 87.5% (7/8). Sixteen parasites were found in the rats, the rate of adult was 43.75% (7/16). Conclusion Both cats and rats can be used as final hosts for the experiment of the genus Cliomas; the suitability of the genus Clostridium and the cats is better than that of the rats.
