变应性亚败血症系一种全身性疾病,不仅累及关节,而且产生结缔组织和内脏的病变。本病多见于儿童,但成人亦可发病。国内已报道成人期变应性亚败血症10例。1974～1979年,我院收治本症5例。除具有本病的特点外,其主要突出症状为阵发性腹痛和腹部出现一过性包块。现报告如下。 Allergic sepsis is a systemic disease involving not only the joints, but also connective tissue and visceral lesions.
