[目的]探讨二尖瓣中、重度反流患者左心射血分数的超声检测可靠性。[方法]选取2009年1月~2010年1月某院收治的二尖瓣中、重度反流患者50例,均分别采用常规超声检测法检测左心射血分数,同时采用MR测定二尖瓣反流容积。分别按照常规方法计算左心射血分数;常规方法结合MR反流容积修正计算左心射血分数,将两种检测结果分别与临床症状、胸部正位片、心电图检测结果进行符合性检查,综合评价超声检测二尖瓣中、重度反流患者的射血分数在临床诊断、治疗效果评价的可靠性。[结果]常规超声检测结合MR检测二尖瓣中、重度反流患者的左心射血分数值与胸部正位片、临床症状、心电图的符合率明显高于单纯的常规超声检测。P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]采用常规超声检测联合MR检测,对二尖瓣中、重度患者的左心射血分数测定,所得结果可靠性强,可以真实反应患者的左心收缩功能。
[Objective] To investigate the reliability of ultrasonic detection of left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with moderate to severe mitral regurgitation. [Methods] Fifty cases of moderate and severe mitral regurgitation in a hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were selected. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was measured by routine ultrasound and the mitral valve Reflux volume. The left ventricular ejection fraction was calculated according to the conventional method. The left ventricular ejection fraction was calculated by routine method combined with MR reflow volume correction. The two results were checked with the clinical symptoms, chest anteroposterior and electrocardiogram test results, To evaluate the reliability of the echocardiographic detection of ejection fraction in patients with severe regurgitation in clinical diagnosis and treatment. [Result] The coincidence rate of routine left ventricular ejection fraction, clinical symptom and electrocardiogram was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound only by conventional ultrasound combined with MR in detecting mitral regurgitation and severe reflux. P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The conventional ultrasonography combined with MR detection of left and right ventricular ejection fraction in patients with moderate and severe mitral valve, the reliability of the results obtained, can truly reflect the patient’s left ventricular systolic function.
