随着经济的发展,服务业越来越得到关注。服务质量如何提高、如何建立强有力的服务机构和品牌,我们提出了一些新的思路;希望在“管理理论丛林”中,开放型组织的理论和实践能够成为一棵独创的有风格的树。我们从一个例子开始。这是一家侧重于质量改善的公司,属于管理咨询的范畴。这家公司的股权由全体合伙人持有,每位合伙人交纳注册资本金,资本金多少对应股权。为了不使单一的合伙人持股量过大,企业规定每位合伙人最多持有2%股权。公司的品牌100%由咨询公司持有,实际持有人是公司的合伙人(股东)。
With economic development, the service industry is getting more and more attention. How to improve the service quality and how to establish a strong service organization and brand, we put forward some new ideas; hope in “management theory jungle”, the theory and practice of open organization can become an original style tree. Let’s start with an example. This is a company that focuses on quality improvement and falls into the category of management consulting. The company’s equity is held by all partners, each partner to pay the registered capital, the corresponding amount of capital stock. In order not to overweight a single partner, the business rules each partner up to a maximum of 2%. 100% of the company’s brand is held by a consultant company, and the actual holder is a partner (shareholder) of the company.
