蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的发生机制尚未阐明，除了与其后神经功能异常、缺氧、炎症反应、机械刺激等因素外，多种血管活性物质的异常变化已引起人们的高度重视。本文对出血后多种血管活性物质与脑血管痉挛发生机制作一概述。
The mechanism of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage has not yet been elucidated. Except for the neurological abnormalities, hypoxia, inflammatory reaction and mechanical stimulation, the abnormal changes of many vasoactive substances have drawn great attention. This article summarizes the mechanisms of various vasoactive substances and cerebral vasospasm after hemorrhage.
